Product returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Gift certificates must be present upon checkout. Gift certificates are available in dollar amounts. Gift certificates are redeemable for product and services and are transferable. Lost gift certificates are not replaceable. Gift certificates must be presented at checkout. Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase and are not redeemable or refundable for cash. We reserve the right to prohibit the purchase of gift certificates with another gift certificate.
We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. (A 2.75% processing fee is applied on credit cards.)
We ask that all appointment cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service out of respect for the stylist and other guests. All cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the service time will be subject to a charge of the full service value.
